I ordered roses through the website and the process couldn’t have been easier. Within minutes I received an email from George, who was incredibly helpful. I expected delivery would take at least a day, but to my surprise the flowers were printed with a card, arranged beautifully, and arrived within an hour and a half!!!!!! The roses themselves were immaculate — healthy, symmetrical, wonderfully fragrant, and some of the nicest I’ve ever seen. The presentation was outstanding, and the delivery driver was fantastic. The service truly exceeded expectations. If 10 stars is the limit, this deserves 11 or 12. Phenomenal customer service, phenomenal flowers, phenomenal experience. Thank you, George — I’ll definitely be recommending and using your services again.

The most amazing florist in Sydney, I ordered late in the day as I forgot a friends birthday, after googling I found Sweetheart Florist, they delivered within in 2 hours the flowers were absolutely amazing! Highly recommended. Also family run so it feels good to support a family business too

Huge thank you to George for making my flower buying experience so fab!! We ordered two large arrangements plus a wedding bouquet. George went above and beyond to order in special roses I had wanted. The arrangements were HUGE and beautiful !! Absolutely stunning. 100/10! Loved everything about it.

I placed an order over the phone after hours on Wednesday evening, and they delivered a beautiful funeral wreath before 10am Friday, complete with a custom ribbon and stand. The arrangement was elegant and thoughtfully done, and their service was incredibly prompt and compassionate. I truly appreciated their care during a difficult time. Thanks George and Family

The best. We ordered a last minute urgent order and George arranged the most beautiful bunch of red roses, added a card fix ed a typo and help us organise an Uber to get the flowers delivered within an hour. He stayed back after hours and was lovely on the phone. He made the biggest effort to make sure everything was sorted for us. We will definitely be using them again. So rare these days for people to make such a big effort.

Their customer service is outstanding – the team is friendly, helpful, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. The flower arrangements themselves are absolutely beautiful, with fresh blooms and thoughtful designs that always exceed my expectations. Outstanding flowers!!! This is the third time I have used Sweetheart Florist for a birthday arrangement for my daughter. As I live in the USA it is awesome to know that I can depend on this lovely local business to provide excellent blooms and customer service to match. We were sincerely grateful, from the bottom of our hearts, for the beautiful flowers George, Deb and the family created for us to decorate the church for a memorial service. The care, time, thought and compassion they showed to our family throughout the process, made a very difficult time, just a little easier. A very big shout out to sweetheart florist! Genuinely the greatest team, with kindest hearts and souls that deserves every blessing that comes their way! I ordered a very last second bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend’s graduation and they definitely went above and beyond to not only deliver a beautiful set of flowers but to get it to me on time, and in a tricky location to hand it to her! I would highly recommend sweetheart florist, and I sincerely thank them for their efforts!
